合成氨液氮洗深冷净化过程模拟及分析
利用Aspen Plus软件,选择PR-BM物性方法,对某合成氨装置的低温液氮洗涤工艺的设计工况和改造工况进行了模拟分析,并提出了改进方案。比较改进前后液氮洗涤塔内温度变化情况可知,改进后工艺传质传热效果更优,而且改进后得到液氮洗涤塔出口净化气中CO的含量为0.55×10-6,其净化效果更好。同时,在保证出口净化气中CO的含量小于5×10-6时,降低进口液氮温度为85.15 K,可减少液氮使用量757Nm3.h-1,节约2 MW热能。
